Water for Peace is a program that provides clean water for students in Iraq and builds peace between two countries at war. In efforts to create an atmosphere of trust, respect and understanding between Americans and Iraqis, the Iraqi and American Reconciliation Project presents two service learning projects. We will share stories and discuss how we can empower our youth to actively build peace together.
