More than 1.5 million internally displaced Iraqis face cold and rainy conditions in winter and experience a lack of durable shelter and heating. In partnership with the Iraqi NGO the Critical Needs Support Foundation, we are holding a winter clothing drive to collect winter coats, winter accessories, and shoes for vulnerable Iraqi and Syrian families preparing for the winter months. Will you join us and share the warmth?

Organize a clothing drive in your community

We can’t do this alone. We need you to organize a clothing drive in your place of worship, work place, school, or community center. If you are interested and need assistance with your drive please contact john@reconciliationproject.org.

Make a Clothing Donation

Still have that unused coat sitting in your closet? Millions of Iraqis have been displaced by decades of war, occupation, and most recently, the rise of the Islamic State (ISIS). Our goal is to send 2,500 coats and 2,500 shoes to displaced families in Iraq by September 15. Will you share the warmth?

Volunteer!

We need volunteers to sort through donations, pack boxes, and organize clothing drives. Do you have a couple of hours to spare? Please contact john@reconciliationproject.org or sign up on our volunteer list here.
